I Bit Mommy

Yes, I now have my first tooth. It's really sharp, or so Mommy says. I'm a lot happer with it out though. It hurt me a lot when it was trying to breakthrough. I tried it out on Mommy to see if it worked. It does. She screamed.

I am about 18 lbs now. Everyone says I am getting too heavy. I think they are all wimps. I mean, c'mon, I am just a little guy. I go see the doctor next week and I have to get shots. Do they have nothing better to do than stick needles in my plump little legs?

I can sit by myself now. I have some problems with balance occasionally, but overall, I have it down. I am also allowed to eat real baby food instead of just milk. I had nanners (bananas) and rice cereal this morning. It was SO good. It filled my tummy and made me sleepy.

I can roll over by myself too. That's really convenient when there is something on TV that I want to watch. They keep laying me on my tummy for "tummy time" but that makes it hard to watch the shows I want. I think I almost have them trained and they go and do something like put me on my tummy when cartoons are on. Thankfully my lungs are well developed and I can tell them all about it.

I have been practicing new sounds lately. Daddy doesn't appreciate it so much since I like to do it right before bed. I think it's a good time I have Mommy and Daddy's undivided attention and it's fairly quiet. I figure I need to take advantage of it while I can.

I need to go. Daddy and Mommy said we are going to Sam's to get somestuff. I hope they don't put me in my "coat" again. That thing is HOT! Plus I can't find my hand to suck on it.
